Project 4 website assignment (My Space)
An Introduction to Adobe Dreamweaver

Create a website that documents a space of personal significance (exe. bedroom, desk, workspace or locker.) Highlight 5 items located within the environment, each item should be accompanied by a brief factual description that describes the significance of the selected items. Consider a concept or theme for the website. Perhaps your website documents your movie collection or your wardrobe. Your goal is to tell a story that weaves the viewer through an appropriate personal space using the items as central characters within the environment.

Questions to consider:
• How do the items relate to one another?
• How do the items relate to you?
• Do the items have a personal significance?
• What memories do the items invoke?

Homepage:
Design your homepage in Photoshop, organizing a composition that employs the various principals of design (balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis and unity.) Feel free to explore a range of artistic solutions when designing of your homepage. Strongly employ the principle of unity in an effort to organize a cohesive website.

Homepage Requirements:
• Background image
• Headline
• Paragraph describing the space and the items (4-5 sentences)
• 5 links to your interior pages

Sub Pages:
Each sub page will display a photo of a highlighted item, accompanied by a brief description of the item. There will be 5 sub pages in total, one for each item.
